    Something I noticed is a lot of Cole fans don’t post on message boards, YouTube and Reddit. And they aren’t on music rating sites like RYM, Sputnik and AOTY. Tyler, Carti and Kendrick all have way more followers on Reddit and way more the amount of ratings on music review sites. Cole fans for the most part aren’t that deep “online” the way the other three fan bases are. And stylistically those three are different than Cole. Their fan bases aren’t intermingled with Cole and his style. This is why we see the constant Cole hate and downplaying of his skills. They aren’t into his style. He’s different than those three. The narrative online is positive for those three and mostly negative for Cole. We are outliers for posting in a Cole thread. But not all his fans are doing this.

    Cole only has 129K followers on Reddit. (Drake has 300K. I thought he’d have more for being as big as Swift the past 15 years)

    Kendrick 1.4 million
    Carti 950K
    Tyler 402K

    Cole is one of the biggest, most established artists of the past decade. But judging by internet narratives and numbers of followers you wouldn’t be able to tell. And no, I’m not implying bots. I’m not taking shots at the other three. I’m just saying those three artists in particular have fans that are way hyper active online for some reason. It doesn’t paint the whole picture of Cole’s success and the amount of fans he has. Not trying to stir up anything it’s just something I noticed. I have no idea why it’s that way online.

    Those sites all s--- tbh and have a monochromatic tone that I find very boring. I also think Coles vibe, earnestness and message doesn't really neatly fit into that tone or the median posters (generalizong here) worldview. Having said that, I've been loading up the reddit lately to see if they beat us on any album news.

    I feel ya. Right there with ya on your take.

    I’m not on Reddit but have checked it from time to time to see if there are updates, too. Also mostly check Ib’s posts for updates. I see LeBron is sporting the new Dreamville apparel.

    Will not be surprised at all if Cole doesn’t drop a single before the festival. If it were me I’d drop a single to get the hype going…not expecting one though.

    Seems as though they don’t really care about the festival anymore. Too much of a hassle for them to run it and they’re too frugal to spend $$ to get Dreamville’s name out more.

    Cole shot a video in Fayetteville yesterday, it’s pics going around IG.. guess he changed it from today cause everybody found out, so he shot it yesterday, or that was the plan all along and they announced that to throw n----s off lol. That’s how you move

    I hope we get some real cinematic videos for the Fall Off. I hope the Fall Off or any project he releases is diverse and not just focus on lyricism. I hope we get a old school rollout/promo run

    I feel like the majority of his fans dont care about the discourse online. The subreddit also isn't that active especially when he's not dropping music regularly. Suprisingly Cole has more twitter followers than kendrick somehow. I think Kendrick had a surge on IG numbers during the beef but it used to be close as well there.

    Everybody saying it’s a boy gon be the next project.. I think so too.. it don’t feel like the fall off is dropping yet, when it’s fall off season we’ll know for sure lol
