    Man that line could have been about anybody. Besides Kanye reached out to Cole to get on "Looking for trouble"

    I don't even know how Cole x Kanye would even fit on a song right now. They are both in completely different directions in terms of their music.

    You guys think Cole is trying to prove a point that he can sell 1 mill without doing much promotion? I honestly feel if he promoted more, he would be at 1mill by now.

    Pretty sure Ye caught feels when Cole went head to head with him with born sinner (judging by the no comment from Ye). The fact he then outsold him must have cemented it :kanye:

    That's a really good point. I never see pics of them together like they talking to each other or anything. Just group photos separated. Also when Cole emphasised the point at the MSG concert that he sold more records than Kanye and Jay came out but didn't go to his when months later LOL

    From what the little we know they look to be on good terms, Cole always mentioned before Kanye was one of the more surprisingly humble artists he's met on those Born Sinner interviews. We'll find out if they did talk about another collab at that recent meet-up :stephena:

    Exact same here. I'm still looking out for his music no doubt but whatever he has to offer to music is more just a bonus for now compared to what it used to be. His cultural impact is as great as ever but in terms of music there are three guys that are younger that do way more for me at this point.

    Still the most influential artist of our generation though.

    Not too long ago I shared these same thoughts haha but this new Ye song restored my faith again. To me Cole's music hits me the same way Kanye used to; music that's straight from the heart no bs. Ye's in a far different place but I still appreciate what he does, I'm a stan for life
