    how close is your tv to your router/modem? (you can do wifi but wired is best if you dont have a great wifi signal in the crib)

    you can cop the bigger/more powerful (you can do a wired or wifi connection)

    or cop

    (better than chromecast, this is wifi only, i bought this because my router is near my tv so my signal is good enough to stream movies/tv shows etc.)

    i got a chromecast now so i'd attempt to use that first. you're saying xbmc is just an app similar to netflix where I can cast it?

    yeah its an app but it cant be installed on chromecast, im sure you can you cast it from you phone to tv but that would be mad work.

    nope you can install it once you get one, takes like 3-5 minutes. (depending on how tech savy you are.) I can point you to multiple youtube videos.

    yeah i barely use mine as well. didn't have cable for a while so it came in handy. but it's prob best to have something with a remote and a wired connection

    Mine just cut off internet connection when it wanted, was really annoying.
    My dads cousin tricked me into buyin one, i hate streamin so i dont know why i bought it. I just download movies put it in a usb device and put it in my tv, the best way.
