    That streams s--- kinda kills the importance of plat tho cause at this rate nicki will go plat with streams too, even tho shes barely over 500k with actual album sales.

    Nah I don't see her going too plat soon. It's gonna be tough unless a hit like truffle butter carries her. Even with streaming it will take her forever since she just went gold.

    streams benefit pop artists like crazy tbh. Cole only has like 100k diff from actual sales and sales plus streams. Nicki has a 300k diff smh

    That's true lol. But I guess it's different with because Drake is way bigger and is superstar. The fact that an artist of Cole's stature did those numbers shows how important building a fan base is. I'm not saying Cole changed the game with this album it just shows how much the music industry has changed.

    And energy is gonna be a hit. Been killing it on iTunes will probably debut high on hot 100 and pass apparently in no time :laff:
