I took my car out last night and drove around my city listening to Born Sinner again for the first time in 7-8 months.
Songs like Power Trip, Let Nas Down, Land of the Snakes, Runaway and Rich Niggaz are d--- near amazing. I'm not sure what it was that made me stray away from the album the first time, but I've been missing out these past months. I feel like the production, subject matter and his passion perfectly depicts the sound he wanted to have in the album. He killed it man...
Also noticed some s--- I haven't before:
In LAnd of the Snakes, that bridge after the second verse with the old man is actually his voice loll.
Also in Miss America, the background singing during the hook is him too.
