    How you feelin the cover? I don't dig it tbh, if it was a straight white background and maybe inverted I'd love it, minimalism is overdone though I'm kinda disappointed in Kanye for this regardless

    it's way better than the yeezus cover at least, i like this though, the use of minimalistic design is perfect for kanye in my opinion, because it shows focus to one main thing (in this case, the symbol) they're no distractions from it, i feel like kanye uses this type of design for his music because it makes more of statement and an impact on the viewers perception of the album from the start, simplistic art always looks more cleaner imo too
    I agree kind of that it is over done maybe a little too much, but there are a lot of covers that go for that simplistic look but are never pulled off right imo at least


    kanye mentioned in a recent interview that yeezus was like "anti-music"
    so i see how the red tape fit well for the cover, because he wanted people to pay attention to the music rather than an image attached to it and/or he wanted to show off that "anti music" mentality with just putting tape on it to show that he doesn't give a f--- (idk :idk:)

    but back to the new cover, I really like how it is shown with a background on paper with the stamp/seal on it
    also the effect of lighting and how there's a vigentte look all around the symbol
    man if this doesn't come in a digipack with a bevel for the symbol :sad2::sad1::hovcry:
