First off @KLD3816 I agree, but sales ARE an indication of success. Even if it has nothing to do with the quality of the music, i personally like to see artists I like get their respective success.

Second, I think kendrick will psuh those kind of units. He is THE DUDE right now in hip hop (not to be confused with cole "the guy"), everybody is on him and waiting for his next move. Dude in the other thread was claimin gkmc classic and thought kenny's dads dominoes was the pizza. You know what i mean?

I think the lack of a huge "buzz" might be the fact we ain't really hear too much music yet from K.Dot's record (fyi I haven't turned on the radio in ages so idk if "i" ever got played). I wasn't expecting the monster numbers for GKMC and it's no secret his fan-base grew since then. The only thing I know is that this album is gonna divide a lot of people in terms of comparing it to GKMC or it's themes.

I feel you bro. Let me be clear I want to see the artist I like (Kenny, COLE, drizzy, etc) shine too. You're absolutely correct when you say sales equate success. I just feel sometimes WE get too caught up in the sales.

This is a forum where talking points are the driving force, so I understand. With that being said K. For will push 500k+. I preordered my copy as soon as it became available. Lol

Kendrick doing at least 400k. 500k+ is what I expect and would be great numbers. Anyone else expecting anything way more is most likely setting themselves up for disappointment.

Kenny got the world in his hands. This album will be more than music and the message/statement will be potent and massive. I just hope I like the music

Only bad thing about this album so far for me is that i is confirmed on the album. That SNL version was 10x better but its still a song, I just can't vibe with.

I feel like it's way too early to even start guessing. I've learned my lesson with these type of shows, as soon as you think you have it they completely f--- everything up.

After watching the newest episode I think it's Jake which means it's most likely not him.
