Imo TPAB won't be a classic

Not for lack of quality but I think you have to hit the perfect balance of pop acceptance with true artistry and emotion, the latter TPAB did perfectly, the former not so much
i.e. You would have to have both All of the Lights and Blame Game, all tied together with a cohesive sound

I don't know why it seems like they all have a chip on their shoulders... they are doing great but want to be on top. I know the music was amazing...

I don't know why they would feel that way. I mean If Cole helped him out... by talking nice.. and I still feel like they bounce ideas off each other and what not... but come on.... get off your high horse.

Kenny in his own lane now... he is the only rapper I know that is progressing with every project. Dreamville needs to just be happy with their own success and leave it at that. No one likes a hater.

Nah I mean like they were once friends and then fell out?

I think Cole's biggest issue is he doesnt know how to craft a great album. Or it took him 3 tries to do it... I think Kenny Knows how to do that and doesnt do it for anyone other than himself.

He is fine making a good body of work and doesnt think about sales singles or recognition ... and in the process it all comes to him.

It came off really natural for Kendrick, he's a great writer and has the right team surrounding him. Cole might continue to follow up on the FHD formula which is a great thing since it felt organic and allowed him to find a nice creative zone, like most have already mentioned here a lot of these songs felt like the most different from Cole we've ever heard with a mix of the classic Cole we all love. The good thing is we know he will always sell a ton of units so hopefully he gets the memo and continues his rising artistic growth.
