Yeah, Messi ain't gonna let up. But even though both defenses are quitebad too, I would give Bayern the edge on that. Especially with Neuer in goal. They just have to survive at the Nou Camp and they good.

It's a daunting task to stop this front line on 1v1s but the key is in fact the players behind them. Their midfield is a lot more industrial compared to the more technique "pass & move" orientated style they used to do when Xavi still had legs, Bayern can outnumber them in the middle and beat them to those 50-50s. Hilariously the game will go down to whoever can hit harder on the break, in that regard Barcelona have 3 nice weapons for that.

And i dont take that away from him, he is a crazy goal scorer. I just prefer players that offer more to then just goals if u get what i mean. I love players like Modric, Isco, James and Kroos (even tho the plays in the wrong position)

Yes lol. I definitely think Messi is better than Ronaldo in that debate and dislike Ronaldo's selfishness, but you CANNOT overlook what this man has done at Madrid. To say he is not the best player AT MADRID is straight blasphemy!!

Actually come to think of it, Robben is out for the season and Ribery I believe is still out so that will tip to Barca's favour. Unless Thiago (who has stepped up since he came back from injury), Gotze and Muller really have an impact, I agree Barca will win. Can't forget what Bayern did to Porto

I know thats impressive but dont wanna take that away from him but alot of his assist are nothin special, i mean he passes Marcelo and then Marcelo shots a long shot goal and Ronaldo gets the assist, alot of these. But that assist in atletico game was impressive.

From my perspective Ronaldo adapted to a new style of play due to that damm knee injury that took away some of his speed and agility, his movement into dangerous zones is unparalleled and he just has that mental sharpness to just know how to put the ball in the back of the net. He's not the swashbuckling wide player that terrorizes the flanks anymore but he's more of an effective forward that provides a lot to our build-up & when he tries high-percentage plays instead of his dumb long shots he's unstoppable.

He's had tendinitis and has held him back past couple years (apparently)

Right before the world cup, he got diagnosed with Tendonitis which isn't something that will completely hamper you but he never took a break to get it treated. It's a bit noticeable in his game but thankfully he's an incredible athlete so it didn't destroy his career.

Messi is a once in a generation talent, he makes the unordinary seem ordinary. But both are very different players, one is the best player in tight spaces the other is the best with space. They score very different kind of goals too with varying degree of difficulty. Personally atm Messi has the edge but Ronaldo has my upmost respect to be able to keep up & at times out-perform a player like Leo.

Dont know if u will agree but Alexis deserved that Player of the year more then hazard. Arsenal wouldnt be were they are without Alexis while Chelsea had Costa and Fabregas during the fall that were amazing.

I totally get that but if thats the case, De Gea deserved it more than Alexis cuz honestly United would be outside the top ten without him. But this is a PL award so the title winners should in it. I would have loved if Costa got it just to piss off the press. But Hazard was consistent the whole season for us along with Terry. He deserved to win it imo.
