    It's not bad, but I don't see myself bumping this much tbh, he has songs in other projects that I like way more than anything here

    Loved some joints, but the project as a whole didn't blow me away. It just came out though, so I obviously will keep on listening to it for a while.

    Cole has songs that I like, but as a whole album goes, I only like 4YEO. He's a boring artist that can make great songs every now and then.

    I've been following him since Work Out dropped and I don't think he has any great albums.

    I'm feeling the same way. I've spun it once. Initial impression, great album, but feels and sounds like a mixtape to me. Not a whole lot of hooks, just rapping his a--- off. I prefer KOD vibes compared to this. Also, I feel it's too short. I hate short tracks and albums. Keep rapping MFer. I think "The Climb Back" is the only track with a third verse.

    He's good, but at some point you have to compare his work to legends. Tariq from the roots had a fire-a--- freestyle half the length of this album. I really do hate using Em, but that's one reason I enjoy his albums so much because he songs are 3-6 minutes long, with hooks, bridges, third verse, etc. I don't know about this one man. Not a lot of content, just talking a lot of s---. KOD had a theme and much more content to me.

    Thoroughly enjoyed the album.

    Very shocked at the fact there is only a total of 15 Cole Verses from 12 tracks though.

    Still had a great first listen, regardless.

    Still in the midst of my first listen but so far this is the first J Cole album I can see myself going back to since his mixtape run

    Really? This might be his worst album imo. FHD blows this out the water.

    I find FHD pretty boring and way too long. And honestly by the second half of this album it's wearing out its welcome too.

    Best stretch IMO is 7-12. Every song hits. Weakest link 100 mil’ but that ain’t even bad.

    I like buying the albums too. It's so hard to now. The only place I can find to purchase the MP3 is Amazon.
