As an artist, you could say that, as a producer, you could say that, but as a rapper, it's about rapping and being creative with your lyricism and flow

I never felt that wow factor in him, great rapper and a very smart business man but he never captured my attention like that.

I never force an artist in me so maybe one day i will change my mind.

I guess it's all subjective. Personally, I felt that "wow factor" as soon as I heard RD. His flow, delivery, voice, and lyricism were just :banderas:

Honestly, this thread was a bad idea. This thread is going to be for dickeaters to justify their love for Em. If we are being serious, Jay-z has a better rap legacy and arguably a better music legacy than Eminem. It's as simple as this, in rap, who does the culture/genre look to more, Hov or Slim?

Plus Eminem stans are the most plentiful on the website and also tend to only listen to Eminem and not other hip hop

@COLLEGROVE if u could seperate Stan votes from the poll, we could get a definitive answer

Ok give me one quadruple entendres from jay-z I’ll wait. Eminem flow definitely better than jay especially back then, and jay stole young Chris flow, and a lot of them stuff you said jay is better at I don’t agree with. Also till I collapse is 15 years old things change, so why even mention that

You keeping mentioning Reasonable Doubt. You do realize that’s his his first album, and that came out in 96, so with that being said what about his other albums, did they match his first as far as the stuff you listed?

I agree with all this, and eminem is my favorite rapper, but if we talking strictly rapping I’m giving it to em.

Jay Z because Jay has more great albums (RD, BP1, TBA, AG) than Em (SSLP, MMLP, TES) and his bad albums are more listenable than Em's bad albums.
