The Tour is probably the only project with Thug on it that I'd say I'd listen to over TES and pretty much every album of Em's since then. That's because I'm not really a fan of either at this point in my life. But I can admit that I was a little harsh on my criticism of Young Thug. When Em didn't make Devil's Night a solo effort, I subconsciously knew it was the beginning of the end. That would have been his best album ever if he just kept everyone from D12 away from it besides Proof. Should have just been him, Proof, and Royce.

The Eminem Show IMO was a much more complete project with the exception of the oddly placed Drips (it’s still great) coming right after Say Goodbye to Hollywood. Plus most people tend to forget Em produced most of the record and it turned out great.

Plus those red curtains look dope af

Definitely Jeffery. I used to enjoy The Eminem Show a lot more, but now I can barely get halfway through it because it is so ridiculously long and has so much unnecessary filler. It just flat out isn't very interesting, the beats are too polished and lack the grittiness that made the production on MMLP so memorable, and the writing is passable but not nearly as entertaining as anything else he had put out up to that point.

I don't think Jeffery is Thug's best project by any means, but it is a fun and satisfying listen from front-to-back, and I can't really name a song on there that lacks replay value.

SSLP is Em's best album, the lyrics were witty and playful. I can't remember the last time I listened to an Eminem song but if I were to ever go back, it would be something off that album. I can't be bothered to listen to anything else from his career.

This is a stupid comparison, both albums are 14 years apart, and are from arguably the two furthest ends of the rap spectrum of style. Both albums bring completely different things to the table , very few of which really overlap.

Not only has rap music changed, but it's noticeable that the 'taste' of the audience has changed as well. I voted TES because it mean't more to me on the first listen, but now i'd obviously listen to Jeffery over frankly any other album ever.
