    That's smart, I'll wait it out for now. At 0.50 I think it can't go down that much further unless the company goes bankrupt or something (knock on wood). I kinda wish I knew if it was smart to buy more since it's so cheap. Maybe today will turn around a bit, it was just 1 bad day

    Yea, I mean I would take that chance almost everytime I think tho. The earnings report that came out couldve sent it flying. You couldve easily tripled your investment. I just think ppl bought in expecting unrealistic numbers. And when they didnt get them they all sold leaving us in the dirt :'( sucks but these ups and downs happen

    Er was still ahead of expectations tho so it's not like the company's doomed at the moment. I think we see some green today.

    As far as buying more a lot of ppl do buy at the dip just to average down their initial investment price. Im gonna see how it moves from now tho.

    VNR & GEVO have completely obliterated my portfolio in 2 months hahaha :rbcry::gun:

    I really wish I hadn't found this thread lol

    f---. i totally forgot about this thread... i've got some updates on my ventures:

    1.) Acorns (acorns.com). Automatically rounds up all your purchases and puts the roundup cash aside into an investment portfolio. I also auto-deposit like $100 every month there. nothing crazy

    2.) Mint (mint.com). Live feed / dashboard view of all of your assets & investments. A bunch of s--- integrates with it nicely

    3.) Robinhood (robinhood.com). Free stock trading. App-only. Limited functionality, but it's legit $0 cost per trade.

    4.) Vanguard (vanguard.com). I haven't done this one yet, but I'm planning to invest a large chunk of my savings here.

    Yea always sucks seeing ur investment goin down. I still see potential in the company tho thats why i stuck it out this long

    If anyone is interested in non-US stocks, ALELIO is a pretty nice stock that will most likely go up in 2017

    just bought GE stock. been eyeing them for a minute and they just dropped from quarterly earnings call today

    don't expect to get rich quick from this one though.. will be a longer-term hold

    Don't just buy random s---. Look for a company with good cash flow from operations and a good foundation. Almost all these stocks trading at less than a dollar are on the brink of being worthless so don't bother.

    i pulled the trigger and bought apple today. they dropped this morning from earnings call, and i think it'll jump back up tomorrow once they announce/unveil their new macbook lineup.

    i'm also about to buy into under armor.

    I saw the dip in apple too. Good timing on the buy, hope you do well with it.

    Ua is eluding to me. Ive had it on my watchlist for a while now.
