Apr 25, 2018 its hard to say whom in particular but Joe did say in one of his podcasts years ago that the real issue isnt Shady its Interscope. He said that Em and Paul are very supportive but the process of the release gets stuck when it is Interscopes turn to do their part of the release. Not sure how much involved John Janick (the new jimmy iovine) is in the releases of albums, Jimmy where heavily involved when he was the ceo so if John is as much you can prolly blame him but then you NEVER hear that dudes name being brought up so
Apr 25, 2018 Obviously. Why is this news? Only about half of the artists that have ever signed to Shady have ever dropped and album, and even then only like 4 of them ever got to drop a second.

Apr 25, 2018 He said he recognizes what Shady has done for the group but it doesn't make sense financially to stay on the label if it takes years to put out an album, if it even releases at all. Instead, if they were independent, they can release 3-4 mixtapes a year (they did the first album in under a week) and they could make a ton off streaming. He doesn't consider the group dead and wants to work with Crook, Joell and Royce more. It just has to be in their best interest financially. I can respect that.
Apr 26, 2018 the truth is that joe budden has never forgiven eminem for showing up at the drake concert while he was beefing with joe. and tbh, I kinda agree with joe, what a d-ck move to do to one of your signed artist. obv joe played it down like he didnt understand what was the big issue with what em was doing etc... but deep down, he was mad pissed at em.
