    I will say that the repeated subject matter and message does hurt the record but Joey has grown to be a better artist and still one of the best pure MCs in the game rn

    On first listen I liked Rockabye Baby, For My People, and obviously Devastated. I'd say I liked For My People the most. Whole project was very listenable, though.

    Shame the leak and humble kinda f----- up his release. That being said, Ring The Alarm is dope, so is the track with styles p. Overall, the second part goes harder, ny s---. But the first half is good also, just a bit different.

    fr, the first verse is corny [the first 4 lines especially], like some youtube motivational s--- u see all the time, and quotes on facebook, tumblr and s---

    This s--- is dope, I kinda feel bad the king is sucking all the oxygen out of the room. Definitely like this better than his 1st, enjoy the sound and his voice more on this. Devastated, for my people, Babylon, ring the alarm, and the 1st track stand out. But why wasn't front and center on here that s--- goes hard af. Joey definitely my 2nd favorite "lyrical" rapper rn ahead of Cole

    Listened this morning, good mix of smooth and hard hitting tracks, flows great as well, definitely a very good album

    Woo just listened

    I liked the first 6 tracks, thought they were all solid, had good content and lyrics

    THEN the school boy q track came on and the album went into beast mode. Every song from that point on was real good-great.

    On first listen I think this is a great album, and since it has great lyrics, I see it getting better w/ more listens.
