Definitely looks like it has potential, and Chris Pratt is on top of the world now after Guardians. I have sentimental memories of the original Jurassic Park since I was 10 years old when it came out and I remember going to see that thing like 3 times in the theater. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing this, just as long as it respects the original, while still bringing something new & fresh to the table.

Can't wait to see this. Trailer looks promising. For everyone complaining about the CGI, they have half a year to clean it up. That's what post-production is for.

The slowed down piano of the Jurassic Park theme got me all nostalgic. Regardless of the reviews or consensus I'll be seeing this day one.

Looks like it could be kinda cheesy, and those water Dino's looked kinda lame. Feel like its gonna be less story and just more action etc. Hope I'm wrong.

official jurassic park site is online now, shows our first look at t-rex and it has scars around it's neck suggesting it's the same t-rex from the first movie that got in to it with the raptors..

special effects look somewhat questionable and the movie has a glossy look that kinda surprised me...was anticipating a grittier feel for some reason, but looks like they are going with the "shiny blockbuster" look that almost seems dated at this point...also worried that Chris Pratt isn't going to be allowed to be funny, strictly based on his vibe in the trailer...

those are pretty knee jerk reactions though, and I'm still hyped to see this

I think the most interesting thing about this movie is the introduction of the mosasaurs (water dinosaurs). Looks like there's gonna be a Sea World type section of the park.

they still have like 6 months to work on the cg, lots of early trailers look like crap compared to the final release.. i'm not too worried..

Keep in mind while watching the trailer, that CGI is nowhere near complete. I'm pretty excited, even if based purely on nostalgia.
