Jun 4, 2024 He gets compared to Death Grips a lot due to the fact they're both experimental rap, but honestly, they're not much alike. It's why there's a one minute long track called 'JPEGMAFIA TYPE BEAT' that sounds like it was produced by Death Grips, to poke fun at this phenomenon. (Which tbh is a b-----r and wish it was longer). But personally, besides a handful of their songs, I don't really care that much for death grips in general.
Jun 4, 2024 JPEGMAFIA - All My Heroes Are Cornballs Peggy is one of those artists whose albums I’ve listened to a lot, but I haven’t really fallen in love with his work aside from Scaring the Hoes (which is my aoty for 2023). The songs I like on this album have been stuck in my head since the first time i’ve heard them, but I can’t say that I think it’s a masterpiece or anything. It’s a good album that I’ll probably relisten to at some point. who knows, maybe it’ll click the next time Fav Songs: JFMIAT, Thot Tactics, Post Verified Lifestyle Rating: 7/10 @AOTWClub
Jun 4, 2024 Same, I listened to it after All My Heroes Are Cornballs and I didn't really know what to think since it wasn't what I expected. Within about a week of relistening it became a favorite of mine.
