Jul 2, 2024 Clairo- Sling Fav Tracks: Harbor, Amoeba, Blouse, Just for today, Least Fav Tracks: none Right out the gate, Clairos voice is very impressive. I really like that the album has a pop but folk vibe. Sounds way different than the popular pop music, I much prefer when artists stay true to themselves rather than try to make smash hits. There were no songs I truly disliked, that being said it's not something I'd constantly return too or listen to often. But I do think some day I want some easy listening I'd throw this on. I found it a nice listen and Clairos got a really good voice. Favorite Lyric from the album: " As we speak im here to meet devils for tea, peering round the corner of my life, I throw My drink into the faces of my demise" Rating: 7/10 (I feel like I rate pop albums a bit easier than hip hop ones lol but I did enjoy this as much as the Lorde album) @AOTWClub
