Fly Away, Spaceship, Get Em High, Breath in Breath Out are all among my least favorite kanye tracks. Plus the project as a whole is not mixed/mastered well.

It's easy to find faults in Kanye's discog if you've been a music head all your life, and plan on working in the industry. You need to recognize that even the goats arent perfect.

I think Kanye's only gotten better as an artist. to me, College Dropout is his worst project because he's really only improved since then. Breathe in Breathe Out, Get Em High, the constant skits, and the overall simplicity of only having one style of beats can be seen as "weaknesses of the album" but smaller details like vocal control, vocal power and mixing/mastering touches held this one back.
Late Registration had John Brion to help make sure it sounded great, and it does. Still suffered from having skits (I think skits are terrible on albums) but overall, Brion made sure the transitioning was A1. It sounds a little dated, but other than that it's an excellent piece.
I think Graduation suffers from trying to appeal to the masses, because a small portion of those songs are just simple and lame, and to me it's his second worst. The production up until Barry Bonds was so amazing, it really leads up to be one of kanye's best, then Barry Bonds, (I actually like DAHG from a musical standpoint) The Glory, Big Brother, just a back half of lackluster songs. It also ends on one of the most anti climatic notes with Big Brother, which doesn't even sound like it was intended to be the closer (we know this because Bittersweet Poetry and Good Night exist, which I think are two great tracks which shouldn't have been left off)
After that I would say 808s has some of his greatest written songs ever, but suffers from not being worked on for very long (3-4 weeks max) because the mixing/mastering is a joke and it could've been fleshed out better. I don't think 808s shouldve had any features on it at all, because the theme is loneliness, and also jeezy and wayne gave Ye really s-----y verses anyways.
MBDTF is great but it's very bloated, couldve cut a lot out of the feature lineup, even though every feature brought their A game, you really have to start cutting it down when every track on a 13 track album is 6 min long. The production was Kanye's best up to that point (and still is widely considered to be his best) I think there is really only one flaw in this album, and that is just how bloated the features list is. Some of the transitioning could've been made a little more perfect, the sequencing a little more seamless, but other than that it's perfect.
I'll add WTT because it still incorporates heavy growth from kanye as an artist, and marks his transition in his style. WTT is perfect at times, but also really lackluster at times. I really think Kanye had a great vision with this, but was ruined by Hov and his post Black Album mentality of money/popularity over perfection. I think Hov combated Kanye's creativity on the record at times, because WTT was orginially supposed to sound a lot edgier.
With Yeezus I think we all know the story. I think it's sonically and musically his best projects, he keeps the pacing and sequencing quick and unpredictable, and the highs of the album last all the way until guilt trip. the last three tracks couldve been reworked, or worked on a little more to help get them sitting in the album better. Kanye stripped things down just a little too much. Rick Rubin said there is a non stripped version of Yeezus out there, and I'd love to hear it.

but overall, he hasn't turned in a bad project. They all have changed the game considerably and are all very prolific. But don't act like faults cannot be found in any of his projects.

Really?! do you seriously ever listen to spaceship or get em high outside of the album? I mean, spaceship is really repetitive and drags on and on, while get em high is just really basic.

I mean I focus on the Kanye verses in both songs and then usually skip if Im not in the mood. I love Spaceship because of how frustrated he sounds working bs jobs and I can relate. "I wish I could buy me a spaceship and flyyyy, through the skyyyy" is something I say to myself often. Spaceship can also represent drugs, girls, clothes, whatever you get to make yourself happy. Everytime I listen to Get Em High I spit Kanye's verse just like I did when I was 11 and it brings me back. And Talib "lyrics stick to your rib" coming in saying "I cant believe this n----- use my name for pick up dimes". The idea of Kanye namedropping anyone to get a chick is funny to me.

College Dropout was just one of my first favorite albums so its hard for me to knock it at all

Yeezus by quite a stretch for me. I just can't get any enjoyment listening to it apart from maybe a couple of songs.
