ur missing the point of this thread. its about discogs, thats all. no one is telling you or whoever else to say future is more notable, or iconic, or popular than eminem. hes not.

    here's the thing timmy.

future has more projects than eminem.

why do people (not talking just timmy) that dont actually have a grasp on the topic, try to comment on it? saying thug and future arent rappers u like is fine. trying to rank them in this thread with no grasp on their work is stupid

but what would make you think i have no grasp on their work? narsh, i wouldn't waste my time speaking on these guys if i haven't listened to them thoroughly. that wouldn't make any sense.

because you went on about how its difficult to compare disocgs if one is bigger than the other etc. but, um, that doesnt apply to the future vs em case we're talking about at all

If the question is great discographies, Thug has released as many great albums this year as Eminem has in his whole career, and Future has already surpassed that point.

    Kanye>Kendrick=Future(debatable imo)>Thug>Eminem>Cole

    @Narsh

That would be a fair assessment. I have heard a decent amount of both but not nearly enough to put them up with Ye/Em/Kendrick. That said, I also base this list off what I HAVE heard.

If this thread was limited to people who have only heard Future and Thugs entire discography it would be a discussion between like 3 people.

all i know (through his music lol) is that hes a non practicing christian. all his lyrics regarding being christian have to do with not going to church often enough etc

on Hey I he talks about how he'll go to church again just because his fiancee is in his life and he feels thankful for that:

I, done completed my little mission
I, put something in your stomach next to your kidney
I, want nothing to do with none of these lil b------s
I, want something to do with everything and I'm willing
To go to church and ask God there for forgiveness
For everything and tell that preacher that I'm gon' remember
Him bringing You in my life and that's on my children

the second verse on new slaves is in the conversation as the best he's ever rapped.

@TimmyT i don't care if you would be able to round up people who disagree--future is better, and more influential within hip-hop, for what that's worth

Yeah but the thing is people who've heard future and thug's discography have also heard 4/5 of those other artist's discographies as well. Eminem and kendrick fans haven't heard a single future/thug project.

holy s--- @TimmyT schooling the fuq outta @Narsh

"best poster alive" and the @Koolo exposure are the obvious picks for biggest narsh L. but, in more subtle and substantive ways, this might be the best..
