    Streaming sucks and I avoided it for a long time because I don’t like algorithms deciding what music people listen to but come on guys download soulseek or learn to torrent or go to one of the many DL sites that exist and have existed before streaming it’s not that hard

    I still download all the music I love and keep it in my iTunes just because I love a lot of music and it would get lost if I just streamed it until I was over it. Then I’d never remember it after a while.

    but come on who doesn’t have a DSP in 2021 lol

    You can also pretty much indefinitely get free streaming services if money’s an issue because there’s always Spotify, Apple, and TIDAL trials that give you multiple months for free or they have like 99 cents a month promotions

    Tbh a lot of us relied on Plus Premieres. The UI on that site was great and it was easy to find stuff we wouldn't have known about. All the other sites need a level of knowledge of what's out there already.

    I've already suggested it but something this site could use is a New Albums section. A one stop place for all hip-hop releases with conversation attached. Literally everything would have to be stickied though so that it remained in chronological order.

    The release just feels anticlimatic imo, because he just threw it out there out of nowhere. Didn't even make a post.
    There isn't even a cover or the possibility to see the featured artists.

    After the first spin(album needs obviously some more before final judgement):
    Great Songs:
    Jail, Off the grid, Praise God, Jonah, Believe what I say, Remote Control, Heaven and h---, Keep my spirit alive, Jesus Lord, Lord I need you, Come to Life.

    Off course this project is a liitle bit too long but s----s on JIK and Ye. Is it better than TLOP? Maybe, but I still think the best tracks on TLOP( Saint Pablo, Real Friends, Wolves) are better than the best joints on here, but again, very early to judge.

    But this one is for sure a step in the right direction, still think, he could rap a little bit better here and there and cut some church quire and Jesus/God inspiration talk, but overall the production is good/great, but that's not the most important thing on a rap album for me.
