Sales or views on YouTube could tell who is good or bad. The more the thing sold or viewed means more people liking it and that could mean it's good in overall but still music taste is not objective.

Feb 3, 2015 Yeezus wasn't bad just really alienating, so of course many people aren't going to like it. But it is ignorant to just say it is bad it's just so different that its jarring for people with more basic taste. But yeh Yeezy is overrated on the Internet, but so is pretty much every rapper. Yeezus is the only non overrated album and that's because it's like 50/50 but every artist that gets stanned on here Ye Eminem Drake all of them are hella oveehyped but that's the way the world works people from collectives around certain artists and I feel like Ye is as deserving as anyone to be the one who gets insane amounts of love

Feb 3, 2015 You keep making my point for me without even realizing it. Point being there is a certain objectivity to music, even though music taste is subjective. So just to bring it back around for you, it don't mean kanye/yeezus is bad or overrated it just means you dont f--- with it.

Feb 3, 2015 Now you're completely ripping this out of context. I am not talking about Kanye being a bad writer/producer/musician. I am talking about an album being bad. If you don't enjoy/like Beyonce's album you can well go on and say it is bad. As I am saying with Yeezus, I didn't enjoy it, so it must be bad (in my opinion). Actually this is how it works.
