    Honestly at the end of the day there were so many better albums than both Kanye and Em's (and Drake's) last year it's kinda a moot point arguing for either.

    only reason I can see is if it has to do with the album dropping today (or more likely at like 4am tomorrow morning cuz it's Kanye lol)

    He was right tho. Dre only promised an album and never delivered it, he has like 10 Detox albums in his vault tho. On the other hand, it feels like Kanye does a song and then he gets pumped up about an album idea, he gives a name to album and announces it but after that one song he can't even record 6 more to form his 7 track album and scraps the whole project and repeats the same cycle.

    Only time Kanye legit missed a release date was with Yandhi last year, all his streaming era albums came out when he said they would via livestream, they just didn't drop on streaming platforms til a random time in the middle of the day the next day. I figure if it comes this weekend it'll it come after "sunday" service tonight
