Unlike the one showed at the show thing on the projector there's a lot of effects in this one. It's got a lot more noise and there's some sort of scanning effect like an old CRT TV

So the full story is that the actual video has the scan effect but it sharpens the image that it's scanning, but the actual video apart from the scanning is blurred.
