Feb 28, 2015 lol he had auto tune on during the performance and it still sounded s-----y, you're acting like he turned it off and did it natural. I'm trying to tell you it wasn't done on purpose and that reasoning is bad....you're not perfect Narsh, but you're not Kanyes mistakes.

Feb 28, 2015 The reason why Kanye's autotune sounds fucky live is because it isn't calibrated properly. Auto-tune corrects audio to certain a certain key/note, and when done professionally, it's altered post-production to match the correct note at major fluctuations.. When it's done live, it would either have to be adjusted on the fly (which clearly it isn't in this case) or it would have to be pre-tuned to match a certain key that the singer is capable of singing in. Kanye isn't capable of doing that. That's why it sounded bad. He didn't do it intentionally. Listen to his Live From VH1 Storyteller's album, there's a lot of instances where the auto-tune is poorly tuned because it's live. @Narsh @Worm
Feb 28, 2015 That's why Kanye's decision to p---- out Only One at awards shows/events over the past month or so has been a mistake. Not because the song isn't worthy (it's great), but because it doesn't lend itself to a great live performance. All Day (and probably numerous other songs on the album) would work far better
Feb 28, 2015 I understand this. I'm not the one that keeps twisting the conversations back to the SNL performance -- that's worm. He's been able to performance only one really well a few times tho, like for the Grammys My only point was that he's putting emphasis on the fact that he can't sing well in the traditional sense, as he's done in the past. Sometimes during a performance, becuase the songs premise lends itsef to that, and most obviously in the music video for Only One
