Mar 1, 2015 I respect the opinion that you like Drake better but it's stupid af to say he is factually better. People need to learn that what they like isn't necessarily the most objectively amazing thing. Like, I like Travis Scott miles more interesting and entertaining than Drake, and think that his part on Company was more interesting than any other moment on the tape, but it's not "better". This probably sounds like a minor thing, but it's just so ignorant when people act like their opinions are facts.
Mar 1, 2015 Ok bruh, I'm trying not to talk s--- about Drake because I've actually recently gotten very into him, and I don't want to go and talk trash about him. But bruh, you're being as bad as the Em stans rn. Don't be so ignant. He is not, from any technical measure, superior to Kanye on a musical level. They are simply both amazing artists who appeal to different demographics. Kanye appeals more to me because he switches his styles up and it always sounds great to me; I really like Drake too, but to me Drake is simply an awesome radio rapper. He's not innovative in the way that I like my artists. Based ofd of my standards, he is most certainly worse in that aspect. You see how we have different gauges for what is good to us and therefore cannot objectively state one is better than the other? That's all I'm trying to get across.

Mar 1, 2015 All good. Kanye is a pretty mediocre rapper, but a great producer. Drake has a better style, he switches it up better, and is constantly improving. Drake is the best rapper alive, Kanye might be around 5-6

Childish Gambino has been doing the exact same type of sing rap as Drake for just as long but has consistently been more interesting, versatile, technically impressive, and has created more well-structured albums that manage to actually tell a story. Childish Gambino is everything Drake is but his radio hits aren't overplayed as f--- and he displays more creativity in the last 4 tracks of BTI than Drake has in his entire discography. And that's just someone who is similar to Drake.
