    With all of this said though, the album's very therapeutic for me. I'm dealing with a similar situation.

    Was diagnosed with Bipolar last year, get hella' mood swings & have crazy trust issues. It drew some of my friends away from me.

    Feel empty & know the "numbing" pain he's talking about, self-harm, harming others due to anger & trust issues etc.

    I'm split rn with the album cause for one, it upsets me, but it also brings me closure knowing that i'm not the only one who's going through this h--- & makes me optimistic things will pan out & i'll get the friends who I drew away back in my life.
