Kanye admits to scrapping and re-doing the original album he had when the rollout began. The one that Charlamagne heard and said was full of 'Real friends' quality music and addressed all the politics and controversy. Entire thing was made very recently.

Specifically scrapped the entire thing after the TMZ event, said it was covering too many sensitive topics. Goddammit.
Sad.

I think we can all say it's safe to say this is all Kim's fault haha. I'm sure if he didn't feel the responsibility of having a family and not f---ing things up for them.... He would have put it out.

Every since Kanye decided to support Trump and have his TMZ meltdown I lost all faith in the man.

But I bumped YE on Spotify this morning and was so surprised. This is actually a very good album. I mean, it's very, very good!
I guess geniuses are a bit mad after all.

I'm okay with this album though. It has a very authentic feel to it. Maybe in part because it was put together so quickly. There's tons of references to recent events too. It's a very Kanye thing to do... especially in the current phase he's in.

I might not be listening to this album front to back a ton in the future but I can definitely appreciate it's authenticity.
