somehow, someway,
i think the album is already out there.
just a feeling though.

album is pretty much already sent to every streaming services by now.
hence the preloaded track size on itunes and such
i ain't even talking about the physicals might even have found there way there if 14/4 hard copies release are true
too much anticipation around this for someone not to leak it anyhow

Graphic designer Vlad Sepetov created the covers for Kendrick Lamar’s last two projects—untitled, unmastered. and To p---- A Butterfly—and he recently opened up about the design decisions that went into his latest cover for Kendrick’s upcoming fourth album d---.

In a series of tweets, he addressed criticisms of the cover, contrasting it with the “uber political” To p---- A Butterfly artwork by noting that d---. was meant to be more “loud and abrasive”:

"Already seeing a lot of discussion about the cover. and I’m really excited about it. It’s interesting to see people talk about “bad” design.But I’m incredibly proud of this cover. I sort of bucked a lot of what my teachers taught me. I wanted to make something loud and abrasive.And maybe some won’t see that, but I’m glad that Dave and Dot saw the value in making something that didn’t fit the mold. Just given the bare bones we fleshed something out that has a lot of people talking. It’s not uber political like TPAB but it has energy IMO."

Sepetov also explained his decision to put the Parental Advisory logo on the right side, rather than the more traditional bottom left corner:

"we wanted to make the pa logo part of the design not an afterthought. why make it small? let's make it huge and embrace it. d---."
