Dec 8, 2024 I’ll have to take your word for it. I didn’t find the clip on his podcast where he talked about black women to be funny. It just seemed like stereotypical jokes on black women that have been said a million times.
Dec 8, 2024 I agree, but I don't think there was any malice in it. He makes fun of literally everyone. If he was only making fun of black women then that would be an issue, but he doesn't. The link you posted about the two guys who apologized were laughing at the jokes. They're only apologizing due to the backlash. It's a slippery slope when you tell comedians they can't make fun of someone when black comedians do it all the time.
Dec 8, 2024 I see both sides of it. I’ve seen black people who feel as if it was blatant disrespect rather than a joke. I see people who don’t want comedians to be censored. The way I interpret Kendrick’s lyrics is that he was more so going at the black guys in the clip who just sat there and laughed along with Andrew, basically seeing them as “coons”. Ultimately, I don’t know enough about Andrew to really have an opinion on his true intentions. However I do think people are making too big of a deal out of this on both sides. I don’t think Andrew’s comments are necessarily as disrespectful as some say, but I also don’t think Kendrick’s line regarding white comedians should be taken so seriously either.

They are just being brought back up again because if true it goes against his arguments and makes his jokes about black women seem even more odd. I don’t really care either way, I just thought it would be something interesting to bring up. The allegations could very well be false but he’s gotta be careful if he really has s--- like this in his closet

Even if this particular allegation isn’t true, I wouldn’t be surprised if Jay Z was involved with Diddler’s operation in one way or another.
