Feb 10, 2015 Nope lol Kanye's a dumb f--- and what he says out side of his music doesn't effect me. Verse 2 IS amazing though. And Kanye's song is good for all the reasons people are saying Kendrick's song is good - but they have a bias that makes them disregarded Ye I, on the other hand, am HUGE fans of both and can see things more clearly. Like, anyone disregarding New Slaves but bumping this is an absolute joke in my eyes.

Feb 10, 2015 Personally I really like the build-up until the end of his 3rd verse: starting his previous verses he claims to be the biggest hypocrite, mentions some cliches and then flips them. A good way to say that it's not only white vs black or black vs black, generally it's not about one race vs the other. The music is very good, and his delivery reminded me of parts of the 3rd Heart. The simplicity pretty much ends when he's rapping the 2nd verse I think. Some lines like the aryan heart one are great. This song feels like the opposite of i, which I think I prefer rn because it's more chill. BTB is better though. I love how pitchfork started the review with the same line I posted in the first page, which stood out to me from the start. I feel special. Good luck defending the chorus boss. The verses are good though.
