    The only album that got all the reviews on his d-ck like MBDTF, Channel Orange & Good kid maad city isn't even an hip hop album, its that new cd from D'Angelo

    i just think GKMC has the best song of all time on it which is Sing about me. There is no song that is as deep and real as that one.

    but kendrick did the right move... you can see hes trying to do something different so he can still be praised for that. George Clinton got me excited as f---.

    George Clinton has worked with a ton of people in the past 25+ years and hasn't praised virtually any of them. But he compared Kendrick Lamar to Prince, saying that he had the musical knowledge to do everything in music. You can tell that album is going to be Soul, funky and jazzy.

    I don't know if I said this on this site or another, but the only way to follow up the classic that was GKMC is to go left with this next project. To try and recapture the magic from GKMC would be unjust to Kendrick as an artist. I'm very excited about the direction he seems to be steering this album.

    I've always had this theory that it was Kanye's suicide note. Since he confirmed he was suicidal during it's recording, and he references his death on a lot of the songs. I think Never See Me Again was going to close it and he thought about killing himself before it came out but cut the track when he got into a better state of mind.

    yeah but thats exactly what hes doing, hes trying to do something very different. The last song reminds me of s80 but its even bigger than that. The cool thing is, that untitled song seems to be getting more love than Hiiipower at the time. Not only his fans love it but also old hip hop heads & fans of other genres (soul & jazz). He still knows how to make people excited.

    the moderator of IGN even started to spam his own forum because everybody was talking about how kendrick already had Album of the year on lock after listening to the new song. s--- gonna be crazy :banderas:

    Even them kendrick haters were like "ohhhh s---, thats like the best thing I have ever heard, I wanna listen to jazz now" :mjcry:
