    I feel like the things you mentioned make an album like 9/10 and then with the innovation/influence they become 10/10. Yeezus for me is perhaps innovative, I'm yet to see it being hugely influential really and I woulsnt rate it a 9/10 Anyway so I would say Yeezus is certainly not a classic. MBDTF on the other hand is.

    10-20 years from now it will be acceptable and cool to label them classic. Idk why people dont like appreciating the goats they actually grow up with.

    Most people say the most influential musical part of your life is 14-17....... I feel like 19-22 was just as huge for me. I'm 24 now. But 19-22 were the years I needed music in my life the most. Projects like Friday Night Lights got me through those years and I feel just as connected to that music as the truly GOAT music from the early 2000's and 90's.

    To this day I still find myself realizing new things kendrick did on gkmc that I didn't notice before. There's so much going on in an album sometimes that you don't notice everything, until one day you finally discover it.
