    Do you honestly think this is that bad? I can understand not feeling it but...seriously?

    I'm with you on people jumping the gun calling this an absolute classic etc (it takes time to determine that), but aren't you just reacting in the same way, but on the opposite end of the spectrum?

    Compton & Now or Never were kinda ehhh on GKMC. So we're pretty even here. But I will never listen to Now or Never, I can deal with "i". I prefer the single version though now that it grew on me.

    Also, even though These Walls sounds more like Now or Never, it's much GOAT'er.

    TBH this type of album already was released by Mac Miller. WMWTSO is excellently progressive.

    I think it's more instantly classic than instantly enjoyable tbh. Like even if you don't ENJOY it as much as GKMC sonically you can hear that it's worlds apart and musically pretty genius and something that will cause a wave and be remembered in time. For how different it is if not anything else.

    On these walls third verse he's talking about the guy who killed his homie on gkmc and then how he's a "dumb criminal" and got caught the same night he shot kdots friend. Then he's talking about a girl he's sleeping with because her baby dady is in prison for life. Is kendrick saying that he is sleeping with his friends killers girl for revenge??? Sounds pretty messed up. And even if he is saying that there's no way he actually did that. I'm realizing he makes up a lot of this album.

    i find it funny how a lot of kanye d-ck riders really feel insecure by Kendrick;s albums (most of them are the ones hating this album in this thread)...like its embarassing how clearly insecure they are
