    obviously he wanted a polarization with this, its good that theres varying opinions
    I only want the best reception for this album so the messages of it get heard and absorbed the most it possibly can

    I really can't get over how good this album's production is it's interesting since I can't see how anyone can dismiss it for being derivative of previous works. It all really comes together to create the perfect background for the direction Kendrick wanted to take. Transitions very smoothly from song to song, they really studied the art of sequencing for K.Dot's albums.

    Also, at this point, I like pretty much every voice he uses on here

    Hood politics, weslesy theory, you ain't gotta lie inflections being some of my favorites

    Glad the collect calls voice on crack was only for half a song. Able to enjoy it context

    Great argument!

    Honestly though, I'd probably rank The College Drop Out's and Late Registration whole tracklists before Hold My Liquor lol. And I don't even think Hold My Liquor is a terrible song, it's just no where near one of his best.

    HML top 25 kanye tracks for sure

    And every kanye track in at least his top 30 is a 10/10 so it's really a pointless argument

    What do you dislike about hold my liquor?
    its one of Kanyes most personal/best vocalized songs, it has a great, emotional hook done by CK, and a beautiful instrumental from Justin Vernon.
