    Been bumping hood politics, alright, the blacker the berry, and i. The rest of the album is top notch as well, I just feel the replay-ability is low. The songs are very dense and the production can be overwhelming at times.

    While we're on the subject of Kendrick's misogyny lets not forget how incredibly paternalistic ALL of S80 is. "Woman-as-devil" tropes don't even come close.

    Still trying to like this album...

    Just opened up a (tightly) sealed copy of TPAB fresh from the store... It even smells like a classic!!

    Bought two so I can keep one sealed. It was wrapped by the wrapping gods I swear.

    I'm a little disappointed by the sales projections. Not disappointed in Kendrick. Disappointed in people. Fans of hip-hop. I thought our boy could push 500k, at most, but I thought he could do it. 400k AT LEAST FAM.

    the album would be better with less songs. I'd take out Momma, HMADC and Complexion, probably. And I guess that as a foreigner, the album feels less epic because the context and all.

    Yes I know, I wasn't expecting to say this myself... I am a huge Kendrick fan, but those songs are just... boring to me.

    I guess it takes a huge part the fact that English is not my first language. Momma slow paced delivery and meh hook don't do it for me. Same happens with Complexion. HMADC beat feels too dramatic for me and the concept as some said, could have been executed better.
