can Swizz and WPG just have an opposite opinion for once? Its rly awkwrd seeing every critic, reviewer, website give this album universal acclaim, meanwhile the only 2 people in the world who don't like it are these. I'm starting to think you guise just enjoy going against the general consensus, it happened with eminem and now its happening with kendrick. (although i do think the album is being slightly overrated)

7.5 seems about right. And For Sale voice is not a big problem for me but it gets tiresome. I usually skip the track. Those weird voices are risky choices and sometimes may not work as much as he wanted. But at least I can't deny that Kendrick takes artistic risks. I applaud him for that.

okay so first of all, my average song rating was 7.5/10. That's GOOD :S you just said the album was good but overrated, that's how I feel, we're in the same boat. And actually I believe @WPG and I DO differ on the album...I think it's overall good, he doesn't like it at all. So there goes the point you're trying to make

Secondly, lol @ lumping Eminem there as someone who gets "universal acclaim" in 2015. What universe are you living in?

I care less about the posts being a "different direction" (because @Swizz is just trying to combat all the overly positive praise the albums been getting) and more about the fact that I cant understand/dont really see any valid criticisms of the actual low points on the album.

Alright is just "alright" because...why? You think Pharrell was underused? Thats it?

Or "For Sale" is bad because of the voice...and for some reason the rest of the song isnt good either?

The i album version feels more like an interlude than a song. At first I thought it was original (the live thing and all), now I usually skip it too. I'm sorry King Kendrick
