    There's no doubt Drake was in a lose-lose position but the optics of that song are so f---ing bad — I was expecting a handful of bars on the pedo s--- and then move on, but he keeps going back to it and has that weird tangent (intentionally?) misreading Mother I Sober so he can talk about Kendrick getting molested. It's not moving the goal posts if he addresses it poorly. Everyone on twitter was joking about him doing this bit from Always Sunny and then he basically just did it for real:

    You can tell with the rhyme schemes it was hastily written, never-mind the content itself. I’m wondering with the mole situation, if he chose not to invite any of his writers or people he usually has around to give feedback during his cook-up of this one, & that’s what unfortunately caused the many missteps.

    I wanna take time to appreciate the little things. The things we don’t understand but the target does

    like Kendrick putting that breathing machine in 6:16. We had no f---ing clue what that was about and never would have had that drama student on Twitter not posted that he had all the s--- that was on the Meet the Grahams cover. This man really despises Drake and wanted to f--- with him psychologically

    6:16 is underrated because it’s more focused on talking to Drake than being a stage play for the audience

    this whole thing has been wildly entertaining. This is probably the biggest rap beef we’ve seen since social media. So many new tactics at play because of it

    I liked “The Heart 6” as well (aside from the pedo defending parts), def wasn’t a good enough comeback but still gave him a tiny bit credit back

    The best part of the song was the big reveal of him giving Kendrick false info about a daughter, and the meet the grahams picture.

    BUT since it’s been proven Drake was lying about that, it makes the song absolutely ridiculous, when you combine it with;
    1. He lied about setting up the MTG photo

    2. Misunderstood the “Mother I Sober” song. This could have been a good angle with just a rewording of “that was the song where your mother was molested/ that’s why your so obsessed” or “that was the song where your mother always questioned if you were molested”

    3. The pedo defending of id be arrested, I’m too famous. He could have easily just mentioned the pedo thing and laughed it off like someone said above. The lame excuses and excessive defending was awkward.

    4. Saying he told all truths, while Kendrick lied about everything. Which really makes Drake look worse now that we can confirm he lied.

    I don't think public opinion/perception was changing regardless how he addressed pedo s---. That's why it's moving goal posts imo.

    Again, in beefs there's always going to be lies,half truths, etc. so Drake framing Kendrick as a victim of molestation was fine imo. I mean we're sitting here talking about pedo allegations when there's no evidence to support Drake f---ing 13 year olds lol. The whole exercise here is to tarnish the other's name/image, lying is often part of that.

    I find it crazy how drake was tryna use the 8 mile approach and be ahead of the whole young girl s--- and Kendrick still did it in a way that it still stung

    Plus he dug his own grave when he used the Tupac AI cause alot of people were pissed at that

    IF YOU'RE LYING MAKE IT BELIEVABLE AND NOT PUBLICLY AVAILABLE INFORMATION THAT'S IN A SONG ON THE ALBUM OF ONE OF THE BIGGEST RAPPERS IN THE WORLD

    Also "You got molested lol" doesn't tarnish any image, if anything it just makes Drake look worse.

    theres a proved pattern of grooming on Drakes part, wtf u on? lol thats why ppl believe it more rather than the s--- Drake claimed as "facts". He has been lyin his a--- off his whole career while Kendrick last album is basically a therapy.

    The audience acted based on how those two have portrayed themselves their whole career. Even if Drake now said the truth it is very hard to believe him basically.

    You guys can't be pearl clutching for one side but then think it's fair game the other way lol. Kendrick calling OVO all pedos, singling out Baka for a "weird case" which had nothing to do with any minors (also public info btw), is as believable as any of the other claims tossed around.

    Kendrick won the beef. We don't gotta pretend like he wasn't bullshitting too lol.
