    Who cares? There were always gonna be a chunk of people who were gonna be team Kendrick no matter what and always gonna be a chunk of people who were gonna be team Drake no matter what and that was true from the beginning.

    The fact is that he addressed it terribly and we don't know what the public perception would have been like if he took a different route. When I first heard "Family Matters" I thought "oh s---, Drake got his a---" and that seemed to be the general public perception, even if it was a short-lived change in public perception. But no matter how good "Family Matters" is (esp pt 3), Kendrick outmaneuvered him with the 1-2 punch of "Meet the Grahams" and "Not Like Us" and public perception shifted again. The tide changed back and forth throughout the beef.

    Drake was on the ropes and then he dropped a bad diss. He miscalculated and lost.

    Even if it's "fine" in a beef, my point is the optics and angle were horrible.

    There is definitely evidence to support Drake liking underage girls. Millie Bobby Brown, Bella Harris (had pix with Drake when she was 16 and then he rented out a restaurant to go on a date with her when she turned 18), the video of him getting a 17 year old on stage and then talking about how hot she is after finding out she's underage, etc. For the record I don't think Drake is Epstein but I'd be 0% shocked if he slept with underage girls (nor would I be if a number of other musicians did). There's too much sus s--- to completely ignore that possibility imo

    Yes but there's a clear favoritism toward Kendrick over Drake within hip-hop & i really don't think it's deniable.

    I think we do: i don't think it would have mattered. I think it was Rolling Stone or Pitchfork that wrote a whole piece applauding Euphoria after it came out, basically doing the victory lap already lol.

    This isn't new either. I mean hip-hop fans still think Nas bested Jay in their beef. The declared "winners" in these beefs are never just about music.

    Guys...none of this is evidence of him liking underage girls. Merely interacting with underage celebrities isn't evidence that he wants or has f----- them. Come on now.

    Texting 16 year olds you miss them isn't creepy to you?

    No where did I say it's not creepy or weird lol. People can do things that are odd, weird, whatever, & you don't have to jump to the absolute worst conclusion with nothing but assumptions to base it on lol.

    What you guys aren't realizing too is it's hollywood. All these people interact with each other, young or old. You don't think when Drake was coming up as an actor he didn't interact with other adults in the industry? You don't think Wayne interacted with other adults when he was coming up as a rap artist?

    I heard that Drake has been doing experiments on Christopher Alvarez with the stem cells from those babies to heal him, he's also cloning multiple Alvarez's to write articles to give Drake positive publicity.

    It’s so funny watching reaction videos on this whole beef because you see people go from being hyped to being absolutely disgusted and terrified by meet the grahams to turning up to Not Like Us to being disappointed by The Heart Part 6

    I do think there’s an angle there about celebrities and the Drake/Millie situation being normal amongst celebrities that certain people will refuse to understand, but it is true. Within the entertainment industry, these relationships are considered normal so long as there are lines. If he went on to date her once she turned 18 that becomes something totally different.

    But also, regarding Wayne (I know this was a random example) but there is a clip from the Carter documentary about him where he talks about Birdman ordering a girl to s--- his d-ck when he was 11, describing it as “I got r---d when I was 11, I loved it.” Solid example there of the line….

    Lastly, there’s also a discussion to be had about how it is a bit… questionable… to take away someone’s agency. Particularly people wanting what happened with the 17 year old on stage to have been rapey and traumatic for her when she was both of age and claiming, as an adult, that it was fine.

    Yeah I'm starting to think that not responding at all would've been better than the heart pt. 6 tbh, didn't help his case at all, the whole "I would've been arrested by now" thing is so r-----ed and out of touch

    He made a lot of mistakes, just didn’t seem to be in the right headspace. I mean when you’re getting attacked by one of the best rappers alive & you’re taking half of each song’s runtime to address other irrelevant people, you’re completely out of it.

    At first with Push Ups I thought Drake was using the 20v1 narrative strategically & clever, I didn’t think he’d continue bringing them up lol. He was ill-prepared, considering he was waiting around for Kendrick, he should’ve spent that time stacking ammo, then he would’ve lowered the odds of saying some dumb s---.

    It may be acceptable in some cases if you are a trustworthy decent person. But Drake has a long history of sexual misbehaviour and has dated numerous young women that are barely 18. There's no way in h--- I would be comfortable having him text my 16 year old daughter, or form any kind of friendship. Any decent parent would be telling him to stay away
