    He doesn't really have a leg to stand on considering he associates himself with Baka and shouted out Chris Brown too.
    Only Kendrick mentioned Diddy but even then it was only a few mentions and that was it.

    Could never get into Kendrick much but Meet the Grahams and Not like us been on repeat. Is this a new side or do I need to go back and listen to his albums? I enjoyed Drakes disses too but it's not the same passion.

    Anyway, not sure the latest in beef but is there any more on the way?

    these disses are new for Kendrick . First actual beef he’s really been into . Maybe jabs here and there but nothing like this. I’d definitely recommend going back and listening to section 80 & GKMC at least. This is my personal favorite Kendrick song

    This definitely extends to other job occupations outside celebrity status/hollywood too. The internet has really just meshed all age groups together. You need more to corroborate such a serious accusation than merely “they texted.”

    I don’t think this takes away from Kendrick’s diss track at all either. It was a good angle to attack. I just think folks are picking & choosing which has substance & what doesn’t lol.

    The disses are prob done but I highly recommend going through Kendrick’s discography. You’ll find plenty of songs you’ll love I’m sure of it

    d---, s80 and gkmc are the best albums from kendrick if you want more of a good listen rather than analyzing his deep concepts.
    Overall he only has dope albums you have to listen to them with open mind

    I just found out YouGov has been doing polls on this feud among hip-hop fans which is funny lol. This poll was from early May, before the release of “Family Matters” or “Meet the Grahams.” Like I said…lol.

    Kendrick is a better writer and and the most overrated rapper ever; Drake had 0 chances of winning. I still prefer his diss tracks by far though :jordan:

    Probably but just speaking to the entertainment industry aspect of it, child actors/musicians are the bread winners of their family and have full time jobs way before regular kids get their first jobs. Millie Bobby Brown was, at like 12 years old, a global icon working a demanding job at which 90% of her colleagues were adults.

    People outside of the industry don’t understand any of this. Child actors have relationships with older actors on their show, producers, directors etc. It’s work. There are lines when there are adult-child relationships but it exists on every movie or tv set in the world. Having a mentoree relationship with someone who was also a global icon is not weird.

    You guys are patting yourselves on the back in this bubble thinking that you’re the only adults in the room as usual.

    Everyone in this thread understands & accepts that the entertainment industry exists & are well aware of the dynamics that go into it. They can also see that because of these dynamics, predators involve themselves in this industry because it allows those societal norms to be altered without as much as a raised eyebrow. Which is exactly why we see plentiful examples of sexual abuse & misconduct that come to light much further down the road. It’s also much more insidious because there’s not just age-related dynamics involved here, but also extreme power dynamics within the structures of these industries.

    You guys are talking like Hollywood & the entertainment industry in general are not full of sexual deviants. It’s been known, this behaviour has existed since its inception.

    The point is that as weird/odd some of these interactions Drake has had with young celebrities are, there can be explanations for them that don’t implicate him of being the worst thing you can possibly think of lol. Predators existing in Hollywood doesn’t mean any & every adult-child interaction within the industry is necessarily predatory.

    There’s also something to be said about folks jumping to such a serious conclusion about a Black man based on big assumptions, & the history that exists with those kinds of labels/stereotypes, but I digress lol. Now that I’m thinking about it though, that’s really an angle Drake should have hit Kendrick back with. This all being said, if a video leaks of Drake doing an R. Kelly, I’ll happily give him that pedo label.

    Imagine if you had a friend who who seemed pretty down to earth and an okay guy... if anything he was just too into talking about his emotions and kinda girl crazy.

    Then he got into hip hop.... he would awkwardly say the n-word with the hard R when he was trying to fit in.


    Then all the sudden he is trying to be a tough guy.... which you don't take too seriously since he was never gangster before and now he is in his 30s.


    Then you find out his texting 14 year old girls.

    Then you find out he has a kid he never told you about.... in fact no one knew about his child.

    Then he starts constantly hinting that he killed a kid who was 10 years younger than him... just for street cred and to hurt the kid's people.

    Then he gets a Brazilian Butt Lift.


    What would you guys think about a dude like that?
