Dec 2, 2014 always wondered..do people overly love jay's verse just to be different..? like it's not bad at all and there's some clever lines in there but kendrick took the crown on that song imo
Dec 2, 2014 There's nothing to "overly love" when the verse in question starts with: "I Earth Wind & Fire’d the verse, then rained on the hook" and only get's better from there. Dec 2, 2014 well thanks for quoting the entire verse.. :rolleyes: not just about the lyrics though. kendrick has a better voice, he had more energy and his delivery fit the production pretty well imo
