    Actually got to meet Atmosphere in 2019. SLUG was genuinely Minnesota friendly and we got along good.

    Thought of Paul Thompsons when I was talking to him.

    I think they're both solid as well—not classics or anything, but exactly what he should be doing at almost 50 and easily his best work since relapse. But even if Em's still your favorite artist, there's still so much more out there to explore and I'm glad you're trying new s---.

    Have you heard Saba - CARE FOR ME yet? A lot different than the other modern stuff you've heard so far, but it's one of the most well-written albums I've heard in a years.

    Em is hard to replicate because he’s so technically proficient, but there are still a bunch of rappers that are just em karaoke. Hopsin is the most prominent—as well as early Royce.

    Em is definitely a unique rapper but wouldn’t call him the most unique rapper, there’s a lot of creative weirdos out there.
