Dec 14, 2017 True. I don't hate this album as I said and I've given my score too. But this negative criticism is really gonna throw Eminem off this time considering how much depressed he was due to it on WoW. I hope he loses his s--- completely, calls back Dre, gets new guys like Preemo, Timbaland, Metro Boomin', Swizzz and some actual rap features. Takes 2 years to craft this project and finally drops it in 2019, to finish off his career with a classic. But this album is a proof that Em can flow, have a voice like in his earlier projects. Even though it is bad for a lot of ppl here, it's an answer to whoever says he hasn't evolved in years. This is the biggest artistic risk he has taken in a while.

Dec 14, 2017 One thing about Eminem, criticism gets to him in a way that he tries and disapproves everyone by outdoing himself. I hope his production choices/pop ensemble/ flow issues are appropriately conveyed to him since even hard core Stans are not feeling it this time. It's not like Em fell off as a rapper/lyricist, it's his new team and himself that doesn't know how to put records together. And yes men like Royce/Porter. Em needs to lower his ego and work with people who are better at comprehending the sonic quality of a record, he easily has more than one good album left in him, AND IF HE CAN FLOW LIKE HE FLOWED ON FRAMED WHY THE f--- THAT ASTHMA FLOW ON EVERY OTHER TRACK
Dec 14, 2017 exactly, i hope he cracks and pulls everything good back into his life. it'd only solidify his legacy to make one final, amazing album before putting down the mic in all honesty though, despite the reactions from hiphopheads and trumps fans that managed to get their hands on this album, the broader population is probably gonna dig this album, or at least the singles that are playing on the radio til the end of 2018.
