Jul 10, 2016 Don't start with the Warriors, it will change your whole perspective about basketball, and right now, not in a good way. I suggest following once the season starts, look at highlights from team to team, than after a few games, decide which one you enjoy watching the most.

Generally when I'm picking a team in another sport I'll look for one similar to my Australian football team whether it's similar colours or mascot etc. That way I feel like I'm not gonna let myself get s----d in to picking a team because of success etc.

They young as s--- with crazy potential Just hired a top 5 head coach They have Karl Anthony Towns going into his second year already looking like a superstar They have Andrew Wiggins a crazy athletic exciting to watch F/G with endless potential. Will be a superstar in 3 years tops Zack Lavine is a poor mans Russell Westbrook both from UCLA both stupidly agile quick and athletic will grow to be a solid player They got other guys around them like Dieng, They just drafted Kris Dunn #5 overall in the draft last month, Shabazz still has potential Etc etc I expect an 8th seed this year then a 6th-5th then a jump to a top 3 team in the west in the next few years..
Jul 10, 2016 I chose the spurs in 2005 because my dad was a Lakers fan and the Lakers lost to the pistons in the previous finals. I didn't wanna be a Lakers fan like my dad but I also grew a STRONG hate for those piston teams all those n----s were ugly AF. Literally the ugliest basketball team ever assembled. Spurs won that finals in 7 games and I was sold until about 2011 when I just lost the connection with them. The big 3 is old bones now. I will NOT ever follow another basketball team as a fan. I believe you pick one and thats it. I am a big Lebron supporter though and wish him success wherever he goes Cle/Mia/Cle
