I liked this film. Nothing extra special, but still an enjoyable movie nonetheless.
Franco was great in this. The fighting scenes were done very well too.

Boyhood...Long movie, but done so well. The transition between Mason's ages is effortless. So much so, that you don't even realize it sometimes. Excellent movie.

And Patricia Arquette's t-ts should have been recognized as a supporting actor.

Watching Man of Steel right now for like the dozenth time. I know critics were split 50/50 and fans roughly 75/25 but i loved the movie. Superman was finally a badass and General Zod was great. I love how he's not just another villain who is evil just to be evil, he has reason for doing what he's doing. Man of Steel is definitely one of my favorite super hero films, maybe even my #1.

^ Reminds me I need to finish it. I fell asleep an hour into it I think and woke up during the final fight. It wasn't bad I was just super tired while I watched it. Didn't go back yet :S

An entertaining escapist romp turns cringeworthy as revenge events breed excess.

I watched Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai (1999) most recently from a recommendation. I think the movie has a great premise, and had a lot of good potential, but either took the movie in a jarring direction or just wasn't particularly enthralling for me. I was more interested with the concept than the actual events of the movie.

Saw Under The Skin last night.

I'm not sure what really happened in this movie, but it was intriguing and what is more surprising, very thrilling experience. Scarlett was gorgeous the entire time, her apathy and heartlessness was very compelling... and her t-ts and a---, and that cute face
    :sad2:

I plan to read a book as long as I'm done with exams. I hope I will find the missing piece of puzzle that allows me to fully understand the meaning behind this story.

    7.5/10 so far.

    Schindler's List - 95/100
Expertly crafted in every way, from the documentary approach towards the music and cinematography, to the career-high performances from Fiennes and Neeson, it's a technical marvel. Spielberg is almost nowhere to be found in this film, which is for the better. He's one of the best out there at manipulating the emotions of an audience, and graciously he steps back and decides that merely showing what happened here is enough. It's an incredibly powerful film, and the scene where Schindler finally breaks down is one of the most heartbreaking things I've seen in a film. I have mixed feelings in regards to the "outro" though.. I'm not entirely sure it was necessary, and it was the only time it felt like Spielberg was trying to throw in his trademark sentimentality. But that's such a minor quibble that I'm still unsure about, it truly is a masterpiece of filmmaking and undoubtedly Spielberg's best (not just the best film he's made, it's his best directorial effort - the technicianship on display here is remarkable even if he feels like he took himself out of the equation as much as possible).
