The Visit. Directed by M Night Shyamalan.

Thought it was gonna be another typical 'cam corder' horror but I was pleasantly surprised.

I was sick as f--- today so i watched some movies.

The Grand Budapest Hotel - I've never seen this before, but the cinematography was absolutely fantastic, i was in awe throughout.

Chicken Run - d--- man, loved this movie as a kid, but the plotholes are out of control lmao

Locke - i seen this movie recently, i rewatched it to see if i still kept me enthralled, & it really did. Tom Hardy is brilliant.

Paind And Gain - Still found it hilarious. Kind of an interesting back story to it. I saw it in theatres when it came out and thought it was terrible. Then I rewatched it after downloading it not taking it seriously and I enjoyed it. Watched it a 3rd time about 2 years ago and then recently decided to watch it again to laugh. The Rock is hilarious in it, and they're all nimrods lol.

Kingsman, I knew Sam Jackson was in it, but I never saw it. The action scenes in that movie are iconic.

    10 Cloverfield Lane

Watched it last night... I'm not sure what to think tbh. The last 15 minutes could have been an entirely separate movie. Odd, weird, strange...entertaining, i guess.

6/10. i expected something different, which may factor into my lower rating. At the end, I was left feeling like it was incomplete though.

Saw Mike and Dave need wedding dates yesterday, heard it compared to Wedding Crashers and thought it might be kinda funny. I didn't really care for it, it was okay. I only found like 1 of every 10 jokes funny, some were stupid and cheesy.

5/10, wouldn't really recommend going out to see it, decent watch if you're real bored and it's on TV sometime in the future.

The new Ghostbusters film, I thought it was ok. There is a s--- load of cameos. Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones definitely stole the film.

I have to say this is one of Newman's best films and roles. The Sequel "The Drowning Pool" wasn't as good, but just like this one.. had film noir elements, made it watchable for me. I loved this film though, and even after one viewing it quickly has become one of my favorite films. The "twist" was pretty much predictable, BUT that didn't take away the enjoyment of the film.. 9.2/10

If my Marilyn Monroe is the most beautiful woman that ever lived, I would have to say Elizabeth Taylor would rank #2. She's amazingly beautiful in this film, and while I haven't seen many of her films.. the ones I have seen she's amazing in; and this one is no exception. I don't believe she wanted to do this film, because she didn't care for her character. Regardless she nailed the part down, and even being the center piece of the film, she stole the show (as expected) The film loses it's steam throughout, but that really doesn't hurt my rating, it's still a great film imo, and worth at least one watch, give it a try.. 8.1/10

Got to watch an entire movie at work tonight while it was slow so that was cool.

Found a thriller/horror on Netflix called the girl in the photographs, I guess it was the last movie Wes Craven ever worked on too. It was entertaining and I enjoyed it for the most part, loved the very last scene.

    Ghostbusters (1984)

this was actually my first time seeing this from start to finish. before that, i had only seen bits and pieces of it. anyway, its a really good film with solid acting and a fantastic storyline. i also like the bits of unexpected humor that they included in this movie--especially the part when they meet the mayor and bill murray says this guy has no d-ck lol. i almost died. really good fun, family film

A few weeks ago I watched this movie on netflix, can't remember the name maybe you guys can recognize it?

these two dudes are living together (fairly certain one is the fat kid from the sandlot) and they need a roommate, so they end up letting this hot chick move in with them. Well she's a hot chick and flirty and the sandlot kid has a girlfriend so some very suspenseful sexual tension and drama insues.

then after the first quarter the entire movie falls apart into an unrealistic over the top crapshoot like the writers literally gave up

probably settle on a 3-4/10 cause the last 3/4 of the movie really sucks

    Steve Jobs (2015)

takes a look into the career of steve jobs. really good all around cast. everyone was great. this movie doesn't have any action, but i expected that going into to it. some people would probably find this 'boring', but i sure didn't. i enjoyed the story with his daughter and how he resolved that issue. overall, i'd recommend this film and you better go check it out.

    10 Cloverfield Lane

Wasn't what I expected, the end really threw me off lol. Great movie though, especially when you consider the very limited cast.
