Feb 5, 2016 No Rick Ross is not even close lmao .. Ja Rule in 2001 was one of the biggest in the game. He sold like 15m in 3 years with his albums. He got multiplatinum albums and he was heavily in rotation on the radio. Similar to Drake today except that Ja Rule had a number one Billboard song.
