Nov 1, 2017 When you call the number and push 8 it says "please enter the first few letters of the person's first or last name and then press pound". Quit trying random numbers and start trying random names

Nov 9, 2017 I would hope that everyone realizes now that the extension thing is absolutely nothing. People keep reporting it says "enter first letters of patient name" when it doesn't say "patient". I think it just says "person". It's a different, generic sounding voice than the one on the main call. There is nothing to it.
