    Anyone else feel really uncomfortable with people using his death as anti drug stance literally an hour after he died

    Anyways, the real issue is what @Tone Riggz was saying about enabling this s---. Not just untreated mental health issues, as it was with Steez as well, but rampant glorification of drug abuse that once again claims another life in hip-hop. That's the legacy Peep should leave behind.

    It doesn't have to be anti drug but kids gotta stop f---ing with hard s--- like that.

    That's like those republicans that don't want to talk about guns after a shooting, of course you talk about the root of the problem. It's sad he died but he's gone and not coming back. Might as well make sure others don't join him...

    Also, this draws a lot of parallels to Eyedea's passing who was also seen as a Cobain like figure. He spent By the Throat telegraphing his substance abuse, his struggle with depression, and he overdosed on heroin in his hotel room the year after. s---, this even calls back to Kanye who entranced people with his sporadic behavior right up until he had to be checked into a clinic.

    RIP Peep though. I understand if fans want time to process them losing an artist they had a connection with through his music. I just think there's room for more than one discussion here. I just don't want to have to experience this s--- myself when Herbo or somebody ODs next.
