Random bit of production I'm working on for someone else, so not gonna mention anyone. Verrrrrrrrrrrrry different than my normal stuff, verrrrrrrrrry much a WIP. It's a bit like that Run Away song I posted a week or so ago.

This dude plays guitar and writes and sings, but at the moment I've just got guitar tracks from him and I'm putting it all together/arranging and mixing/mastering everything and adding additional production.



This is really just a test on most things to see if I can even work with this kind of style, but the guy seems to like where it's heading so I'm gonna keep on it. Want feedback tho and general feels if you got 'em.

I could see this song being played in the background of a tourism video.

Not sure what that means to you but yeah, just my observation.

EDIT: With vocals it could transform the track even more of course.

I dig it; yea it sounds completely different than what we normally hear from you..lol

it's not bad though; I guess stepping out of your comfort zone sometimes is good

i really dig this guys work and I want to help him out where I can with production for his album.

and hopefully stepping out of my comfort zone works out on this next thing (Tundra) I'm working on.

@Cyreides i said this to pat, i rly like the direction. listened to it a bunch friday night. i think uve got something for sure.

my one suggestion was whether itd be dope to add some phil collins drums to this ya know. some of that ambient 80s sound
